Aromatic, Officinal and Ancient Traditions
The historic Herb Festival returns for its twenty-sixth year in the Borgo di Rollo. Three days of the fair await you with events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, concerts, excursions and of course with a market of excellence with over 50 exhibitors. There will be local nurseries and horticultural collections and beyond, with specimens of plants from all over the world. As always, attention will be paid to local products and Ligurian excellences such as garlic from Vessalico and chinotto from Savona. This year a section will be dedicated to the ancient artisan crafts of the area, such as olive wood sculpture, Campoligure filigree, Lavagna stone, wrought iron...

The Borgo
A magical place, above a vastness of sea
The ancient Borgo of Rollo, perched between the provinces of Savona and Imperia, is undoubtedly very suggestive, with its Church of the SS. Trinità and the fifteenth-century Castle. The first was originally a chapel, rebuilt in Baroque style between 1616 and 1634. The second, once the seat of the magistrate's court, is one of the most intact examples of the defensive structures against the Barbary corsairs visible along the Ligurian coast. Near the church there is an ancient noble residence which in its current structure probably dates back to the 17th century.

An initiative born in 1999 from the desire to periodically brighten the summer evenings of our picturesque village. An opportunity for meeting and socializing that unites people in a relaxing and friendly environment under the branches of a lit olive grove.
As time passed, our little idea grew more and more, bringing artists of the highest level to our stage, who attracted an ever-increasing amount of spectators around them, who were able to find a dedicated moment in the summer nights of Rollo to the best Italian music. independent music
